Join me & the wonderful ladies Rose & Freya of Huddle Northampton to find out how your business can get involved in mutually beneficial work experience, giving young people the opportunity to see what it's like to work within a small business, whilst making the most of their fresh perspective and often advanced digital knowledge. Learn how you can set them remote tasks such a designing posters for events, creating social media campaigns, or coming up with new product ideas, all to be carried out within their own school!Helen will also be discussing the early careers grants available for any business interested in taking on a young person through established pathways, such as a T-Level programme or apprenticeship, and the grants available to them. She will be covering ways to engage young people, and the importance of training them and upskilling too!The morning will be broken up by some friendly networking hosted by Huddle, giving everyone a chance to top up on coffee and meet other small businesses in room.This FREE event is open to all small and micro business owners, including those who are also parents of children aged 11-16 that may be interested in finding out how their child could benefit from project based work experience
