Our initial approach entails face-to-face discussions on apprenticeship and early careers programs, evaluating progress and suggesting improvements. We then produce a report highlighting successes and offering enhancement recommendations, such as additional training or tailored plans aligned with KSBs or coaching on optimising relationships with providers.
