Overview: In today’s competitive landscape, technical expertise alone isn’t enough. Soft skills—often referred to as “people skills”—play a pivotal role in personal and professional success. This interactive workshop focuses on three critical soft skills: Resilience, Team Building, and Communication.  Participants will engage in thought-provoking activities to enhance their abilities beyond industry-specific knowledge with a range of group activities, 121 peer work and reflective practice.

Apprentices, Graduates & Inters in the business

Objective: End Point Assessment (EPA) is a crucial phase in an apprentice’s journey, and it shouldn’t be an afterthought. This workshop empowers employers with the knowledge and strategies needed to ensure both their apprentices and their businesses are well-prepared for EPA. We’ll cover practical tips, insights, and unexpected scenarios to enhance the experience.

Objective: This workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in employing early careers students. By exploring the perspectives of employers, mentors, students, and training providers, we will provide hints, tips, and workable strategies to enhance the success of both students and businesses while fostering industry growth.
