Leading Generation Z: Harnessing the Potential of Our Future Workforce
Objective: Generation Z, (born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s) is entering the world of work with a unique set of expectations and values shaped by a rapidly changing world. As digital natives, they have grown up immersed in technology, which makes them adaptable, innovative, and highly tech-savvy.
However, they also prioritise work-life balance, mental health, and purpose-driven careers over traditional measures of success like salary alone.
