Managing GenZ – Our Future Workforce Generation

A professional training course for groups of Apprentices, Graduates, Interns and other students in the business.

Overview

Generation Z, (born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s) is entering the world of work with a unique set of expectations and values shaped by a rapidly changing world. As digital natives, they have grown up immersed in technology, which makes them adaptable, innovative, and highly tech-savvy. However, they also prioritise work-life balance, mental health, and purpose-driven careers over traditional measures of success like salary alone. Research shows they are looking for flexibility, continuous learning, and opportunities for growth. They value transparency, inclusivity, and are drawn to companies with strong social and environmental responsibility. This half day course looks into how, as business we manage Genz, both managing expectations and utilising their skills set for overall business growth.
